Second-stage Review: Application
If your letter of inquiry is accepted, you will be invited to submit a complete application. Either a packet of forms and instructions or information required to access and complete an electronic form will be sent to you to help you in this process. You will be asked for additional proposal information, a detailed budget and budget narrative, and supporting documentation. |

Deadlines for Grant Submission (will be reviewed within 90 days of receipt)
February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 |

| The USADA program officer will become thoroughly familiar with your proposal and conduct a review of your completed application, including sending the proposal to outside experts for peer review. This review process may last three-to-four months. Feel free to contact the program officer at any point to check on your project's status. During the review process if a decision is made not to fund your proposal, you will be promptly notified. |
