Everybody has a "Morph". By that we mean your body type. The kind of body you have depends on the traits you were born with. Just like the color of your eyes, hair, and skin, and how tall you will be. There are three different "morphs" (body types):
  • Ectomorphs are thin wispy people who have a tough time gaining weight or muscle.


  • Mesomorphs are strong, stockier people who gain muscle easily when they exercise.


  • Endomorphs are stout, rounded people with slower metabolisms that resist losing weight.
Although many of us are a combination of two body types, the kind of body you have depends on the traits you were born with. Focusing on fun physical activity, eating healthy foods, and having a positive self-image will help you feel good whatever your size.
